We only collect what we need to help you:
- Contact details you give us, your name, phone number, email, and the message you send through our website form or by call or text.
- Service information about the work you ask us to do, so we can quote it and follow up.
- Basic website data such as pages visited, used only to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, quote work, schedule visits, and provide support.
- To send you service-related texts, including a reply if we miss your call, and appointment reminders.
- To keep records of the work we do for you.
Text messages (SMS)
If you call or text our business number, we may reply by text about your request. By contacting us you agree to receive these service messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is used only to communicate with you about your request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or reply HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when needed to provide a service you asked for (for example, a licensed installer we refer camera work to), or when required by law. Any service providers we use are expected to protect your information.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. When we work with offices that handle sensitive records (medical, dental, legal), we follow the appropriate confidentiality and data-handling agreements, including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements where they apply.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of texts by replying STOP. Email andy@andybanks.dev and we will take care of it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
