Our services

We provide IT support, networking and WiFi, computer repair, automation, custom software, and related technology help for homes and businesses. Every job starts with a free visit or consultation, and you get the price before any paid work begins.

Quotes and payment

• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes. We will tell you before doing anything that changes the agreed price.
• Payment is due as agreed for each job. Home visits are typically a flat or hourly rate; business projects are quoted per job.

Text messages (SMS)

Andy Banks Technology sends SMS text messages to customers who contact us first, by calling or texting our business number (252) 675-4208, or submitting our contact form, and only about that customer's own request. These are conversational, customer-care messages, not marketing or promotional.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (252) 675-4208 or andy@andybanks.dev. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and safe, reasonable access to the equipment or location we are working on. You are responsible for backing up important data, though we are glad to help set up backups.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind our work and will make right any issue caused by our workmanship within a reasonable time. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or downtime that is outside our control, though we always work to prevent it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
